For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

To register and use the mio888 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

To access gaming services on the mio888 platform, you must complete the account registration process. By registering, you agree to the following terms:

• You may hold only one account with mio888. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

• Supported deposit methods include Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account suspension.

You may request withdrawal of your account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account from which deposits were made, unless otherwise approved by mio888 for security or regulatory reasons.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on account verification status and transaction history.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is successfully completed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers and e-wallet withdrawals typically complete within 4 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
• mio888 reserves the right to impose a 1x wagering requirement on deposited funds before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. This means you must place wagers totaling at least your deposit amount before requesting withdrawal.
• Bonus funds must meet their respective wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Withdrawing real-money balance before completing bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of all remaining bonus funds.
• mio888 does not charge withdrawal fees for transactions above Rp 500,000. Withdrawals below this threshold may incur a processing fee of Rp 10,000.

mio888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions:

• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.

All bets and wagers placed on the mio888 platform are governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error acknowledged by mio888.
• mio888 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes if an event is cancelled, if a technical malfunction occurs, or if a bet is placed after an outcome is already determined (late betting).
• For sports betting, official results as determined by the relevant governing body are final. Settlement is based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified in market rules. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded unless explicitly included in the market.

In no event shall mio888's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

mio888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Extended period of account inactivity (no logins or transactions for 12 consecutive months).
• At your request for voluntary account closure.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform immediately. Any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to mio888, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met.
